Outdoor Events
Outdoor events are becoming increasingly popular in Hungary. Families, as well as various age groups, can find leisure activities that suit their needs and preferences week after week. Whether it’s a festival, a village fest, a concert, or a sports event, there’s something for everyone.
Events like city and village festivals, various gastronomic celebrations (sausage, ratatouille, cabbage, wine, beer), and state and religious holidays welcome every family member, with programs and tastings organized across the country month after month. Organizers (municipalities) typically use Tyvek wristbands for these events. The same type of wristbands is used by organizers during themed "night" events, such as Museum Night, Theatre Night, or Football Night.
From Festivals to Concerts
During the summer festival season, which lasts from mid-June to the end of August, high-quality multi-artist parties are held almost every week. At these events, young people can enjoy entertainment from late afternoon until dawn, with performers alternating on multiple stages.
For secure entry, expanding payment options, replacing cash transactions, and ensuring seamless internal logistics, we recommend our fabric wristbands equipped with RFID-NFC chips.
The summer concert lineup features high-quality opera and operetta concerts featuring star performers. Events like the summer evenings filled with music around Lake Balaton and the now-traditional Operetta Gala in the castle of Buda are noteworthy.
In addition, open-air theatrical events, operetta, and classical music concerts are held at various locations across the country. These high-profile events deserve woven wristbands.
Wristbands and Lanyards in Sports Competitions
Sports competitions are also part of outdoor events. Different requirements apply to entry based on the sport. The strictest entry rules are in place for football to prevent fan disturbances, while a standard Tyvek wristband suffices for other team sports. In rally races, however, more refined premium fabric wristbands are used.
In stadiums and arenas, organizers, sports officials, and teams usually wear lanyards with distinguishing badges. Major sponsors receive silver or gold colored lanyards with badges so they can occupy their places in the VIP box.
For individual sports, RFID chip provided racing numbers are becoming increasingly useful and widespread. In long-distance running, triathlons, or cycling races, they allow for excellent tracking of participants at refreshment points and their part times. Attaching RFID-racing number is as simple as with "traditional" start numbers, and they are comfortable to wear without affecting readability or identifiability.
In individual competitions and team sport matches, sponsors also try to promote themselves among the audience; that is why they distribute company silicone wristbands, promotional keychains, or lanyards to the audience. Award recipients receive sponsored T-shirts, water bottles, scarves, etc.
Comfortable and Durable Stub Tyvek Wristbands
Both our Tyvek and fabric wristbands are comfortable to wear, waterproof, durable, and cannot be removed withoutdamage, meaning they cannot be given to someone else. This ensures a high level of security for organizers.
(It's important to note that our numbered Tyvek wristbands qualify as tickets since they have unique identifiers, but only if the ordering company’s details are included.)
Organizers of outdoor events (crowd management) make their work easier by ordering lanyards and card holders for staff members, as not everyone can know each other at a large festival.
The lanyard with a card holder helps distinguish organizers from participants, and by using lanyards of different colors, staff can be divided into tasks or sections.
