A completely incomprehensible and extremely disappointing customer experience.I wanted to place a large order (7,500 personalized bracelets) for a business located in Saint Barthélemy, a French territory. From the outset, I specified our status (VAT exempt) and offered reliable delivery options via DHL, which is listed on their website.The company's response? A flat refusal because the address was supposedly not "within the European Union." Even worse: contradictory messages, a lack of clarity, and no willingness to find a solution or even understand the request.In 2026, refusing an order of this size for such a poorly justified logistical reason is simply absurd. No business sense whatsoever, no flexibility.So I turned to a competitor, who was far more professional and open-minded.Avoid them if you're outside the EU... or simply if you expect a modicum of professionalism.
