I ordered two sets of lanyards here. The first order was a disaster. I ordered black lanyards that were supposed to be printed with the logo on one side. I received lanyards with the logo printed on one side in black, and the other side was simply white. I contacted customer service, and they said it was my fault; I should have specified it differently. Okay, fine, I guess that was my mistake. The second order was even worse. I ordered black lanyards (I specifically noted this) and received white ones, with the explanation that I should have been able to see in the graphic that they were white, and yet I still approved them. Furthermore, the bottom part of the lanyard, where it attaches to the buckle, was sewn incorrectly. The logo was simply sewn on the inside. When I inquired, I was told this was due to the continuous, non-synchronous design. WHAT? The lanyards are printed with the logo on both sides, but the logo is sewn on the inside at the bottom? Absolutely pointless, and the explanation is completely unacceptable. The design is created by a designer you pay extra for, and this designer creates the graphic in such a way that the logo is sewn on the inside? I should have seen that as a customer, the nice lady from customer service told me. I won't be ordering from here again. That's a joke!
